Kang said she works out four times a week and avoids white rice. She also usually eats one meal a day for four to five days a week.

“This isn’t the kind of job where you can eat whatever you want whenever you want. I have a strong appetite, and when I find food that fits my taste, I tend to go all in. But when it’s time to manage, I really commit to it.”
