Lovelyz’s Lee Mijoo denies dating Hanwha Eagles player Lee Jin Young
Lovelyz’s Lee Mijoo has shot down rumors about dating Hanwha Eagles baseball star Lee Jin Young.
On July 25, Mijoo’s agency Antenna confirmed the two don’t even know each other.
“There is no truth to the dating rumors. The two do not even know each other.”
Earlier that day, Ten Asia reported the pair were dating, dubbing them a “three-year age gap couple.” The report noted Mijoo is a longtime Hanwha Eagles fan and has thrown ceremonial pitches and cheered for the team several times.
This isn’t the first sports star Mijoo has been linked to. In April 2023, she confirmed a relationship with soccer player Song Bum Keun, who is three years younger. Rumors of their breakup surfaced in January 2024, and Mijoo later confirmed the split on her YouTube channel.
