Min Hee Jin cleared of all charges in HYBE vs. ADOR CEO dispute
Min Hee Jin is back in the spotlight after being officially cleared of all charges following a year-long police investigation.
In April 2024, HYBE accused the former ADOR CEO of breach of trust, alleging she tried to seize control of ADOR through unfair means. HYBE filed two complaints, sparking an internal audit and police investigation.
After eight hours of questioning, Min denied all allegations. Police found no evidence of illegal activity and decided not to prosecute her.
Min Hee Jin responded with a cryptic Instagram post featuring the song Beyond The Clouds by The Frank Cunimondo Trio. The lyrics read:
