Tzuyang spills her YouTube earnings on MBC’s Radio Star
Mukbang YouTuber Tzuyang revealed her income during the July 30, 2025 broadcast of MBC’s Radio Star. The episode also featured Kim Yeon Ja, Jo Hye Ryun, and Kim Soo Ji.
MCs were curious about Tzuyang’s earnings given her massive 12.2 million subscriber count. Host Kim Gura shared his own YouTuber income from his golf content days.
“I also had a good run during my golf content days. Back then, I made around ₩30.0 million KRW (about $21,500 USD) to ₩40.0 million KRW (about $28,700 USD) per month. The videos got millions of views, had long runtimes, and high retention.” – Kim Gura
Kim Gura then asked Tzuyang about her income. She opened up about the highs and lows of her earnings.
“If you estimate my channel earnings at ₩100 million KRW (about $71,800 USD) a month, there were times in the past when I made much more than that. But there are times when I earn much less. The more that comes in, the more that goes out. I have a lot of employees, and I run a restaurant too, so the food costs are huge. The actual profits aren’t as high as people might think.” – Tzuyang
Despite raking in big numbers on YouTube, Tzuyang says most of the money flows right back into her business operations.
