NCT DREAM is back with a brand new concept trailer for their upcoming album, ‘Go Back To The Future’. Released on June 28 via their official YouTube channel, the trailer, titled ‘NCT DREAM: We Don’t Need Roads’, showcases a sci-fi theme centered around time travel.
The visual opens with the members riding hoverboards in a futuristic world. They navigate through three time periods: the Past, the Present (set in 2025), and the Absolute Present, a distant future. The trailer depicts the group’s quest for romance and wonder, using futuristic gadgets and supernatural powers to challenge their dystopian reality.
The production received approval from the creators of Back to the Future, including Amblin Entertainment and Universal Studios. It pays homage with several visual nods to the iconic film, featuring retro props, eye-catching architecture, red skies, and high-energy actions sequences.
‘Go Back To The Future’ will have nine tracks, including double title songs ‘BTTF’ and ‘CHILLER’. The songs reflect the emotional rollercoaster and unpredictable events faced by the members as they search for their brighter selves.
The album drops on July 14 at 6 PM KST on all major music platforms, with physical versions available the same day.
