NCT’s Ten Launches Solo Debut in Japan with Humanity Mini Album

NCT’s TEN makes solo debut in Japan with humanity mini album

On May 28th KST, TEN, a talented member of NCT under SM Entertainment, embarked on an exciting new chapter in his career with the release of his first Japanese mini album, ‘Humanity’. This solo debut follows his successful foray into the solo scene in Korea in 2024, solidifying his status as an emerging global solo artist.

The title track, “Silence,” dives into a moody drum and bass (DnB) soundscape, enveloping listeners in a dreamlike atmosphere. Its poignant lyrics encapsulate the feelings of loneliness and isolation, perfectly complemented by TEN’s enchanting vocals that elevate the track’s mysterious essence.

Fans can catch a glimpse of this hauntingly beautiful song in its music video, set to premiere at 6 PM JST on SMTOWN’s official YouTube channel and various other streaming platforms.

In addition to his album release, TEN has also launched his first-ever solo tour in Japan, dubbed ‘2025 TEN JAPAN TOUR 1001 ‘TIME WARP’’. The tour kicked off with thrilling performances in Osaka on May 1st and 2nd, followed by stops in Fukuoka on May 4th. He dazzled fans with two-night shows in Tachikawa, Tokyo on May 17 and 18, and is set to charm audiences in Nagoya on May 24 and 25, wrapping it all up with an exciting grand finale on May 30 and 31 in Shibuya, Tokyo.
