NewJeans is facing contract drama with ADOR after another failed mediation session.
The second court mediation happened on September 11 at 1:30 PM KST at the Seoul Central District Court’s 41st civil division. NewJeans members did not attend. The session lasted just about 20 minutes and ended without any progress.
The first mediation on August 14 also ended with no agreement. Now, the court will announce a final decision on October 30 KST.
NewJeans claims ADOR violated their exclusive contract, which they say justifies their one-sided contract termination. ADOR insists the contract is still valid.
