Jay B faces major backlash over botched U.S. tour dates amid ticket refund chaos
Jay B just wrapped the U.S. leg of his Tape Re:Load tour, but fans are furious with the handling by tour promoter KONNECT’d Entertainment.
Two concerts in Los Angeles and Atlanta were postponed days before the tour started due to visa issues. Rescheduled shows packed multiple cities with barely a day’s rest in between, raising fan concerns about the tight, risky schedule.
Houston’s event started late, with fans stuck in 90+ degree heat for hours, causing frustration online.
“I went to the Houston stop and they had us waiting in the heat for hours… then they rushed the group photos and didn’t have that organized whatsoever” – fan report
The Atlanta show was canceled after a lightning strike damaged the venue mid-opening act. Fans were promised refunds and hi-wave access. Many slammed KONNECT’d for only announcing cancellations after fan pressure.
