NJZ (NewJeans) reveal they need antidepressants just being near ADOR building
NJZ, formerly NewJeans, dropped a heartbreaking confession during the July 24 Seoul District Court hearing about their exclusive contracts with ADOR.
The group said "just being near the ADOR building makes their hearts race (from anxiety), and it’s to the point where they need to take antidepressants."
The revelation sparked outrage from fans and netizens who blasted HYBE and ADOR for mistreating the young idols.
Fans took to Twitter condemning the companies:
hybe and frauAdor traumatizing the NJZ members with their mistreatment, to the point some of them had to take antidepressants, is so beyond fvcked up.. desperately need them to blow up
— @NJZBTSHad to take whatt?? Ohh please burn that building !
— @J_Son_NJZthe njz girls having to take antidepressants
— @flwrteniThis is just so sad. If Hybe really cared about the girls they wouldn’t have put them in such a difficult mental state where they have to take antidepressants. #WeLoveYouNJZ
— @UpdatesNewJeansThe members of NewJeans are on antidepressants. They have anxiety when they’re near that godforsaken building
— @UrBestieAuroraThat company twisted the truth ruined their image and drove 17–21 y/o girls to antidepressants. This isn’t mismanagement anymore How loud do they have to scream for you to stop siding with their abusers?

This development adds more heat to the ongoing HYBE vs. ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin saga. NJZ say they will only return to ADOR under one specific condition, keeping the contract battle tense.
