Police Reach Verdict on Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin’s Breach of Trust Charges

Police Make Decision On Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin’s Charges For Breach Of Trust

Min Hee Jin cleared in HYBE’s year-long investigation amid ADOR battle

The police found no illegal action by Min Hee Jin following a year-long probe after HYBE accused her of breach of trust in April 2024. Authorities decided not to prosecute her for the two cases HYBE filed.

Min Hee Jin was questioned for eight hours at the police station earlier this year. She told reporters:

“I will tell the truth,” and “How does dereliction of duty even make sense?”

HYBE initiated an audit of Min Hee Jin and ADOR amid management rights disputes. They accused her of dereliction of duty, which she denied.

“Given the share structure, it’s impossible to seize management rights,” Min Hee Jin stated.

HYBE also alleged Min Hee Jin orchestrated a protest email sent by the parents of NJZ (formerly NewJeans) members, escalating the conflict between the two companies.

The corporate battle continues with fans closely monitoring every development.
