Julian Quintart is getting married this October in Seoul.
The Belgian TV personality’s fiancée is a Korean woman five years younger than him. The couple met through mutual friends and have been dating for over three and a half years.
Julian will hold a private ceremony with family and friends from Belgium expected to attend. Some castmates from JTBC’s Abnormal Summit, the show that made him famous in Korea, are also invited.
He shared his excitement with Star News:
“I’m really looking forward to it. I recently attended a friend’s wedding, and it was such a happy moment. Since this is a major event in my life, I want to prepare it as stress-free as possible. We share similar tastes, especially in music. I was drawn not only to her looks but also her warmth and family-oriented nature. She gets along so well with my family, too.”
Julian also mentioned plans for a smaller wedding in Belgium during their honeymoon next year.
“We’re planning to go on our honeymoon next year when the weather is nice, somewhere in Europe. Since some of my family members can’t attend the ceremony in Korea, we’re also considering holding a smaller wedding in Belgium during our trip.”
Julian first gained fame in Korea in 2014 as Belgium’s rep on Abnormal Summit. He later appeared on shows like Off to School, I Can See Your Voice, and Real Men. He’s also worked as a model, DJ, and environmental advocate.
