INFINITE members Woohyun and Seongjong recently appeared on the YouTube show BBQ X Billboard, hosted by 2PM’s Wooyoung, where they discussed the group’s enduring legacy and their new venture, INFINITE COMPANY.
During the episode, Sungkyu, the group’s leader, was highlighted for his exceptional commitment. He invested his own money to establish INFINITE COMPANY without expecting any return, and notably does not take a salary for his role. Seongjong expressed heartfelt gratitude towards Sungkyu, particularly for his support during a legal dispute with his previous agency. Amid the financial stress from rising legal fees, Sungkyu provided significant cash assistance to alleviate Seongjong’s burden.
Reflecting on this gesture, Seongjong remarked, "This is what a real leader looks like." Fans have praised the tight-knit relationships among INFINITE’s members as a cornerstone of their 15-year journey in the industry.
