SEVENTEEN claims another victory!
The group just topped MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ for the second week in a row with their track ‘THUNDER’ from the album ‘HAPPY BURSTDAY.’ This win comes even after their comeback promotions ended, marking their seventh music show win.
‘HAPPY BURSTDAY’ has shown incredible staying power. Released last month, it scored the highest first-week sales for a K-pop album in 2025 and landed at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
‘THUNDER’ is making waves, hitting the top of major Korean streaming charts like Melon’s ‘TOP 100’ and rocking No. 1 on the Circle Chart’s weekly digital ranking. It also ranked No. 14 on Billboard’s ‘Global Excl. U.S.’ chart and No. 41 on the ‘Global 200,’ showcasing SEVENTEEN’s undeniable global appeal.
Fans can look forward to more exciting content. The music video for their B-side track ‘Bad Influence (Prod. by Pharrell Williams)’ is generating buzz. Plus, their new variety show ‘NANA bnb with SEVENTEEN’ will drop on June 16 via tvN and Weverse.
To top it off, SEVENTEEN’s self-produced variety series ‘GOING SEVENTEEN’ returns with a new season starting June 25. The series is lauded as “K-pop’s Infinite Challenge.”
