Stray Kids made history on June 29 by becoming the first artist to perform at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium.
The concert, part of their ‘Stray Kids World Tour’, was a massive success, setting a record as the largest K-pop concert ever held in Canada. The stadium, which can hold about 50,000 fans, saw an impressive turnout as Stray Kids wrapped up their North American tour.
The group opened the show with “MOUNTAINS,” followed by fan-favorite tracks from their Billboard 200 No. 1 albums.
“We’re so thrilled to wrap up our North American tour here in Toronto. Seeing so many STAYs fill this massive stadium was deeply moving,” the group said, adding, “Thanks to our fans, we’ve been able to perform on such big stages. Thank you for lighting up Toronto tonight.”
This tour started on May 24 in Seattle and went through ten cities, solidifying Stray Kids’ status as global stadium artists. They achieved major milestones, including being the first K-pop group to perform at iconic U.S. stadiums like Seattle’s T-Mobile Park and Chicago’s Wrigley Field.
They also sold out Oracle Park in San Francisco, capturing attention from major media outlets. Landmarks across the U.S. celebrated their achievements by lighting up in Stray Kids’ signature red.
Next up? Their European stadium tour kicks off on July 11 in Amsterdam, covering six cities with eight shows.
