KPop Demon Hunters’ boy group Saja Boys shock fans with star-studded voices behind their characters!
Netflix’s hit animated film KPop Demon Hunters dropped June 20, topping charts in 22 countries. The story? A K-Pop girl group doubles as demon hunters, battling the demon-possessed rival boy group Saja Boys.
The controversy? Fans surprised by who voices Saja Boys. Ahn Hyo Seop leads the group with his first-ever voice acting role. But the real kicker is the singing voices, performed by heavy hitters in K-pop and beyond.
Andrew Choi from SM Entertainment, known for composing for Monsta X, NCT 127, and Taemin, provides the singing voice of Jinu.
NECKWAV, an R&B and Soul artist, voices the singing of Abs Saja, played by Sungwon Cho.
Joel Kim Booster voices Romance Saja, with singing by SamUIL Lee (formerly Taebot).
Maknae Baby Saja’s singing voice is Danny Chung, a THE BLACK LABEL singer-songwriter who’s worked with BLACKPINK and Jeon Somi.
The only K-Pop idol providing vocals is U-KISS’s Kevin Woo, singing for Mystery Saja. Kevin recently made his Broadway debut in 2022.
