Yuha from Hearts2Hearts was street-casted by SM Entertainment three separate times before her debut.
The first casting happened when Yuha was just in fourth grade. A scout approached her near her school gates. Her visuals were already turning heads at that young age.
She revealed in a recent interview with Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon that a second casting took place during middle school, even though Yuha was already an SM trainee. Another agent from SM approached her again, unaware she was already signed.
The third time? In high school, after a routine visit to the dentist.
Hyoyeon joked about SM’s lack of internal communication on casting, and Yuha confirmed staff only recognized the mix-up after she brought it up.
Yuha eventually debuted with Hearts2Hearts in 2025.
“The SM Entertainment staff belatedly recognized me after I mentioned it,” Yuha said.
Fans are buzzing over her persistent star quality – her visual card never declined.
