Male Intruder Who Trespassed NewJeans’ Dormitory Sentenced To Jail

Male Stalker Who Illegally Entered NJZ’s (NewJeans) Dorm Sentenced To Prison

NewJeans faces renewed safety concerns after their former dorm was broken into.

A man in his twenties, referred to as “A,” was indicted for breaking into the apartment used as dorms by NewJeans. He was charged with theft and trespassing after stealing hangers, banners, and other leftover items once the members had moved out.

The incident reignited worries about idol safety, even though NewJeans had already relocated.

On June 11, Dispatch reported that Seoul Western District Court’s 9th Division held a trial for “A.” The prosecution requested a 10-month prison sentence.

Man “A” admitted to all charges but requested leniency, claiming it was his first offense.
